Good location, in close vicinity to the train station! The hotel was clean
-
Brilliant cleanliness, minutes from train station and near city centre
-
It was not far from everything and the view was splendid! There's Mcdonald's serving quick orders easy walk to the hotel. Got twin room when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. No better place than Property Napoli.

Friendly staff, nice, attentive, close and professional. They provide you with all kinds of information and manage taxi reservations and recommendations for nearby restaurants. location of the hotel is perfect both for exploring the city (close to the historical centre) and for taking trains to visit the surrounding area (Pompeii, Herculaneum, Fields, Amalfi Coast), as it is just a few metres from the central station. breakfast at a very good price and very correct, unpretentious.
We traveled as a family, my room in particular was spectacular, with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius, but there was a lot of difference with others that were given to the rest of the group, dark and smaller and that cost the same. They should make some distinction in prices so that when you book you can choose either an outside room with a view (more expensive) or a darker inside room (cheaper). It is not logical to pay the same for such different rooms. In spite of this I would repeat hotel

Very friendly staff (Ciao, Antonio!). Wonderful roof terrace overlooking the Vesuvius. The door to the room opens without a key, the code password is very unusual. There's a train station and a metro nearby. And very close by there is even a place to eat (Fratelli la Bufala) if you arrive late and do not want to go to town.
There was a bit of a shower, but it's little things. As for the location: this is really not a very clean area, where you meet mostly black people in the street, there are really a lot of them. It didn't bother me, my girlfriend - on the contrary. So it's up to you to decide. But we even walked from the centre to the hotel once at night - it's OK.

Excellent service by the guy on reception (Antione i think his name was), he was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was also nice, breakfast had a good variety of foods and was worth paying for. Excellent hotel would recommend and stay here again.
the area which the hotel is situated in.

Good terrace Great room
-
location excellent for trains, buses, and exploring naples . Staff very helpful unfortunatley restaurant was closed during stay.
-
Not safe, Hotel staff were terriblely poor. Hotel Notice say Hotel don't responsible for any personal loss in the hotel.
Reception staff were very rude and unfriendly.
-
The interiors of the hotel is amazing.
The internet could be for free.
-
I loved the staff, very helpful and attending. Our room was spacious and air conditioned and very comfortable. Breakfast was great woth all sorts of food.
-
The only thing which I like is location of the hotel - near the railway station. Big rooms.
Needs reparation. No hotel's parking - only 5minutes walking and expensive(18 Euro). Generally not cousy.
-
first of all ,the breakfast is buona! and the location is very close to the station and spacca napoli ,which you should go see first . the hotel staffs have very gentle feeling and helpful, napolitani veri!.
-
location- convenient to trains and ferries, nice breakfast.
tiny, hard beds, dark lighting, slow drains, awful soap. Was supposed to have pool-none available when asked.

1.Firstly the location. It is bang on Garibaldi Sqare,so few minutes walk to the central station and many bus stops / routes. 2.Easy to find, the airport Alibus stops right ouside the hotel but quite annoyingly you have to go near the statio to board it for airport.Daft. 3.Our room on the 6th floor was great, with a big balcony giving good views of Naples, frsh air and very little noise. It was spacious too. 4.We liked the bathroom, very big, nicely decorated and airy. 5.Staff were generally helpful, friendly and well informed.
1.Their English was not that good E.G.hotel in Milan we stayed in April. 2.Breakfast was rather dull and monotonous. Some choice but little variation. No cooked things e.g.sausages,bacon or eggs in any shape or form.If they had that it would make big difference. Also only one type of cereal was there (local corn flakes),2-3 other varieties w'd be better. 3.The lift was quite small,so for a big person or persons it would be a very tight squeeze -if they can get in! 4.No English channel(or sport channel)on the TV,only Italian, not good. A few channels like BBC or CNN or Eurosport will work wonders.
